Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35
- $5.99 flat rate on U.S. orders under $35
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states plus Washington, D.C.). We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.
Carriers & tracking
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a regional carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us at orders@pazelu.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package appears lost, contact us at orders@pazelu.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
